Our Firm

Lera Tiberini consists of two attorneys, Gina L. Lera and Kelly Fernald Tiberini, and two paralegals, Amy Price and Natalia Aguirre.

Gina has been practicing exclusively in the area of estate planning and administration since 1995. Kelly has been practicing since 2004 and has focused exclusively in the area of estates and trusts after obtaining her advanced law degree in taxation from NYU School of Law in 2008.

Both Gina and Kelly were formerly part of the largest locally headquartered law firm in Sacramento. When they formed Lera Tiberini in 2014, Gina and Kelly envisioned a boutique law firm that could provide superior “big firm” legal talent and expertise with outstanding “small firm” client service and value.

We adopted the motto “Making the Complex Simple” because it epitomizes the experience and expertise of the attorneys at Lera Tiberini.
